today was GREAT. we had chem prac, which was quite fun as i was sitting next to the very-animated marcus chui. we had then had SS and then PE. fast forward to the chinese test, which was reasonably easy. fast forward again to a good session. we had CIP first and then went to session. we were first sessioning at the amphi then dwayne moved to outside the new auditorium to watch Kyensai session. frankly, it was stupid move. but we made the most of it and managed to practice the mock 'dance-off'. we're dancing to 'on the eve of war' by jedi mind tricks. a very good bboy battle song and ask me if you guys want it. somehow, we performed better when sdome choir people came out to watch. lol. arguably one of the best performances during session, but i was a bit against it cos i didn't like showing off. so i stoned for a bit unless it necessary. quite fun lah. looking forward to tomorrow's session. about 3h session tmr, last proper session before barker road.
onto something that i felt i should talk about. personally, i don't see what's the hype about high school musical. if you are a high school musical fan, what is so nice about it? it has hardly any substance and the plot was so predictable that i knew how it was gonna end from the point where troy signed up for the auditions. yeuck. i think the only thing good about the movie was the songs, which were catchy. but on the other hand, they're voices were tweaked like mad and they were lip-synching. and they didn't ewven compose thier own songs. the only good singer was sharpay's bro, whose voice wasn't or minimally tweaked. i admit he's good. but i guess disney managed to appeal to their target audience of like 6-14 year olds, cos my sec 2 friends, except for a few, are berserk about it. maybe in a few years they'll look back and think its no big deal. it's a typical disney movie, but i think most of the attention all the 'stars' are getting is...uneccesary, to put it nicely. but i guess if you want stress relief and want to watch a movie that doesn't make you think at all, you should watch it. i mean that's just my point of view. leave yours on my tagboard. bye!
