so i watched barnyard today. at first i thought it would be another lame movie. like chicken little. that one was a COMPLETE disaster. the only thing as bad as that is high school musical. yeuck. barnyard actually turned out to be quite good, and it had a very good meaning. my dad, who usually hates animation films, said it was good. he left 15 minutes into chicken little. said it was a watse of time. lol. yeah so it turned out to be good. about 7 stars. saying inside man and v for vendetta is 10, and chicken little and high school musical is a big fat zero, this is like a 7. well i'll give HSM a 1. the bboys in the recess scene were decent. one. just for the bboys. ANYWAYS, i will start studying tomorrow. after i go SHOPPING!! well i'm not particularly fond of shopping, but the jeans i have are like 7 inches more than my waist size. thanx to my adoring sister. and all the shirts i have are terrible. like the infamous bright yellow las vegas ones i wore on OEP. or the well-known camou pants i wore through OEP. or the 'sportsgirl' one that was actually my sister's and i was wondering why they were so loose. yes so i'm going to embrace my feminine side tomorrow and go...SHOPPING! heeeeeeeeeeeee.

anyways onto something that irked me. i've attended a fair share of camps. and i have help run a fair share of camps. the thing is, when it comes to camps, ragging, or 'tekan-ing', is NOT the way to go. people give excuses that 'oh, it's to pressurize them cos facades are easy to put up'. no offence to you peiyi, and i feel you are right...about the facades part. facades are very easy to put up, and a fair amount of pressure is needed to break it. however, push ups are a very very undesirable pressure. having gone through that particular camp myself, i would know. and i would know the reasons behind it. and those reasons are justified. to a certain extent. there are other forms of pressure, like mental pressure. to make it or break it. i feel that dishing out punishments (or pushups) just shows your sadistic tendencies. for the camps which we planned, when pushups are dished out, we do TWICE as much as our juniors do. cos they're mistakes reflects our poor teaching. but knocking people down mid-sentence? scolding them during push-ups? that's just plain SADISTIC. i mean, they'll just hate you more. and more. and explaining it to them will not help. a very respectable person told me once that ' a good leader leads by example'. how are you supposed to get them to respect you if you don't suffer with them? i feel that all these punishments, although they claim it's for 'team-building' purposes, are just another way to compensate for what their seniors did to them. which is just silly. that's why i refused to attend these camps. cos it's just plain dumb. and it'll only give people a negative impression of you and that organization. so yeah. just my 2 cents.

on a totally different note, i completed mercenaries! for the 3rd time! and i managed to hijack the Allied YAH-56 Gunship. 1200 tank rounds. 38 unguided missiles. 8 guided anti-tank missiles. and the thing that puts that above all the other gunships: 4 guided anti-aircraft missiles. man it was so fun. but i hijacked like about 16 in all. and made tha Allies quite pissed at me. one was stolen by a north korean soldier, one i gave up for an NK chopper, which, in retrospect, was really silly of me. ne was crashed, and another was lost. well it was fun while it lasted. here's a picture of me catching the Ace of Spades a.k.a General Song (lol s0ng!). ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS if captured alive. 50 million if not. either way a lot of money. i captured him live and kicking. thrice. so that's $300 million. plus a couple more millions here and there with cheats and what not. a whole lot of fun. ok bye!
