PROSedmund, s0ng, yuanhao. haha jk. but not really.
-it keeps you fit. since i started bboying, i haven't gotten sick by some infernal virus or bacteria. food poisoning and fatigue doesn't count
-it builds up your bod. for all the guys (and even girls) aspiring to get a six pack, then this hobby is for you! rock-hard pecs, biceps, triceps and quadriceps are just a handstand away!
-it's not only a great form of exercise, but it also improves your balance, strength, stamina and beat-appreciation. very good for clubbers.
-excellent form of stress and frustraion relief! just take out all your troubles on the floor, and let the music soother your soul and shake you to the very core!

-not for the injury prone. like vince 'winning man' tan. he can a wrist injury from a handglide. it's amazing really.
-you'll feel super shacked after each session. learning new moves are exremely tiring and often demoralizing. but getting the move down once and for all is a feeling that you'll never forget.
chris, cliff and i sessioned for like 2 hours for today, and then cliff and i are sessioning tmr during the white space. haha IB suckers! no offence though. anyway yeah then on sat we're gonna searc for a void deck in my neighbourhood to session in. most likely one of the nearby condos. should be fun. floorskillz in exactly 10 days time! haha should be fun. lol kyensai is so gonna win lah. edmund's sets are mad, and so is yuan hao's. when we get knocked out i'm gonna stay and watch them win the $500 grand prize.
